Will Gault is a local entrepreneur with over 25 years of hotdog cart experience. In 2018 he established Willy Dogs Inc. His mobile food cart business expanded in 2020 to include multiple carts and, since day 1, has become a leader in the industry for their excellent customer service, immaculate cleanliness of their carts and expertise in cooking skills. We only use top quality locally sourced products including Winnipeg Old Country Sausage & City Bread Buns, as well as fresh toppings daily.

Willy Dogs Inc summer operations include various locations throughout the city of winnipeg from late April until early October. In the winter months they operate the restaurant inside the Deer Lodge Curling Club from mid October until early April where they have built a successful clientele with there outstanding comfort food.

Willy Dogs Inc has donated thousands of dollars to various charities through successful fundraising initiatives including (Bruce Oake Recovery Centre, 210 Recovery Inc, Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Special Olympics of Manitoba, Riverview Health Centre, Never Alone Foundation & The Winnipeg Humane Society).

Willy Dogs Inc is a family owned business and all operators have there Food Handlers  as well as all carts are MB Health Inspected , Winnipeg  Fire Department Certified and carry all the required permits and insurance to operate.

Willy Dogs Inc has and can be hired to cater any special event or gathering of any size with excellent pricing options to fit your budget. We also travel outside the city limits. Some of the events we have done include the following:
