Will Gault is a local entrepreneur who has almost 30 years working in the hotdog cart / hospitality industry. In 2018, Will and his wife Courtney launched Willy Dogs, their hotdog cart quickly became a local staple and over the last few years their business has grown and they now own multiple hotdog carts to keep up with the demand for their catering services making them the highest rated in this province.

 

Will and his wife are also both in long-term recovery, and their community and philanthropy approach is second to none as a small business when it comes to giving back to various non profits and local charities in this city. They have been raising tens of thousands of dollars annually. 

 

At Willy Dogs, we use locally-sourced Canadian products on our food carts, and our service and quality is top-notch which separates us from the rest. In recent years, Will was awarded the Winnipeg 150 Medal and the King Charles III Coronation medal for his fundraising and community commitment.
